7 day diet!

On Monday (tomorrow), my fiance and I are going to try this new diet that I found:

 I am actually excited about starting this, not only because it claims that you can lose 10 + pounds, but because it is full of foods that I love!
I think the hardest part of this will be cutting down on the quantity of the foods that I am used to eating.
I am trying to lose weight (because I am very much overweight). It has been a slow process but my goal is 50 pounds by October 2012. I am down 10. Let me tell you, it has been a slow process!
